Accessing Voicemail
- To access your voicemail:
- GrandStream: Press the Message (envelope) button, or dial the voicemail access number.
- Enter your passcode and follow voice prompts: options usually include 0 for greetings, 1 to play messages, 3 to replay, 7 delete, 9 save, and so on.
- 3CX: Access Voicemail on Desk Phone
- Dial default voicemail number (e.g., 999 or 666; may vary based on admin settings).
- Enter your PIN + # when prompted.
- Use prompts to listen, change greeting, or manage settings.
- Microsoft Teams: Navigate to Calls → History → Voicemail.

- Click a voicemail to play, callback, delete, or view transcript (if enabled).
