Troubleshooting: Phone Not Ringing or Not Registering
- Basic checks (cabling, reboot, PoE) and when to contact support.

- Check Cabling & Power
- Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected and the LAN port LEDs are active (green/orange flashes).
- Confirm power via is being provided from the network cable or the power adapter. (usually wont have both)
- Reboot Phone
- Unplug device for 10 seconds and then reconnect
- Verify Do not Disturb status is toggled on/off as intended
- If any of the above steps do not resolve the problem, please submit a trouble ticket to have the issue investigated.
