Troubleshooting: Phone Not Ringing or Not Registering

  1. Basic checks (cabling, reboot, PoE) and when to contact support. 
    • Check Cabling & Power
      • Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected and the LAN port LEDs are active (green/orange flashes). 
      • Confirm power via is being provided from the network cable or the power adapter. (usually wont have both) 
    • Reboot Phone
      • Unplug device for 10 seconds and then reconnect
    • Verify Do not Disturb status is toggled on/off as intended
    • If any of the above steps do not resolve the problem, please submit a trouble ticket to have the issue investigated.
